Account

Creating an Account​

Sign up at app.debugg.ai/signup.

Required fields:

  • First Name, Last Name
  • Business email (disposable and personal email providers are not accepted)
  • Company Name
  • Password (8+ characters)

After submitting, you'll be redirected to an email verification page. Check your inbox and click the verification link before logging in.

Verification link notes: Single-use and time-limited. If it expires, use the resend button on the verification page (5-minute cooldown between requests). The page will show a success state and redirect you to login automatically after 3 seconds.

Logging In​

Go to app.debugg.ai/login and enter your email and password.

If you haven't completed the onboarding wizard, you'll be prompted to resume it or skip straight to the dashboard.

Password Reset​

Go to app.debugg.ai/reset-password and enter your email. You'll see a confirmation that the email was sent (requests are rate-limited to one every 5 minutes).

Click the link in the email to reach the reset form. Enter a new password — a strength meter shows requirements in real time:

  • 8+ characters
  • Uppercase and lowercase letters
  • At least one number and one special character
  • No common patterns

The reset link is single-use and expires after a short window.

Preferences​

After logging in, configure your preferences under Settings > Preferences:

  • Role (Developer, QA Engineer, Product Manager, Other)
  • Experience level
  • Testing environments (Local, Staging, CI/CD, Production)
  • Testing goals and integrations
  • Team size and notification preferences
