What Counts as a Test Run?​

Each E2eRun execution counts as one test run. A test run is a single browser session executing your test steps.

Examples:

  • Running one test suite with 5 test cases = 5 test runs
  • Re-running a failed test = 1 additional test run
  • Running the same test on 3 browsers = 3 test runs

Test runs reset monthly on your billing date.

FAQ​

Can I change plans anytime?​

Yes. Upgrade immediately, downgrade at next billing cycle. Unused runs don't roll over.

What happens if I exceed my limit?​

Tests queue until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade. We don't charge overage fees.

Do failed tests count against my limit?​

Yes. Each execution counts regardless of pass/fail status.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?​

New accounts start with 14 days of Pro features. No credit card required.

How does team billing work?​

One subscription covers your entire team. The account owner manages billing.

Can I get a refund?​

Contact support within 14 days of a charge for a full refund. No questions asked.
